The above rates are discounted; however they are not guaranteed to be the lowest available rates at time of booking, or over the stay dates. These rates cannot be combined with any available discount offer such as, but not limited to Travel Agency Rates, Package Rates, Expedia or The Alberta Residents Rate. We will not contract a block or guestrooms OR adjust your guestroom block to any of these rates. If you wish to book these rates because they are lower, then you are responsible to book them.
